this hotel was wonderful base for exploring richfield, enjoyed it and venue’s extremely friendly and incredibly friendly staff from the maid to the manager. the location to chinese food to boston market was favourable. booked a room on the upper floors.

Hotel was well-appointed and the room was new-fashioned. The staff was best and check in was early. I appreciated the room with a kitchenette, the bed was very comfy. I came here for 6 nights and had a very good stay.

The hotel was clean, perfect, had very pleasant staff from the maid to the manager. I ate at a fabulous restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The location in a comfortable area was great. Beer bar was there. It became my favorite place to stay in Richfield.

Location next to MOA and airport, Mall and multiple restaurants. Early check-in, beautifully maintained rooms with a great bed and free breakfast, for example. Good service and great breakfasts.

Everyone working at this wonderful small hotel was consistently courteous! We stayed in spotless room with a king bed, and liked it.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the airport and the mall. The rooms are excellent, very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and provides great service.

Hot tub was not hot despite what staff said before booking. Our room key #317 needed to be rekeyed everytime we left the room.

Good small hotel in a commercial area close to the Mall of American, Boston market and multiple restaurants. Decent size and compact room with a kitchenette which was nice, and good pool. Central location, at a moderate distance from Lincoln Field.

Friendly staff. Amazing shuttle driver who took us on the scenic route back. Clean rooms. Good pool. Great location for our needs.

my recent stay at a hotel in richfield was great! exceeded expectations. the staff at four points was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. i will definitely stay here again.
